Welcome to Omok Online. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Omok Online website and game (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
By using Omok Online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Omok Online is a free, browser-based multiplayer Gomoku (Omok) game. The Service allows users to create and join game rooms, play Gomoku against other users in real time, and access educational content about the game. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
The Service is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under the age of 13, you should use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not require account creation or the submission of personal information beyond a user-chosen nickname.

Omok Online uses standard free-style Gomoku rules on a 15x15 board. The game rules are described in detail on our Rules page. By playing on the Service, you agree to abide by these rules. Intentionally disconnecting to avoid a loss, stalling the game to waste your opponent's time, or engaging in any other form of unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited.
All content on Omok Online, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, code, and game interface, is the property of Omok Online or its content creators and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
Omok Online is a free service supported by advertising revenue. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements may be displayed during your use of the Service. These advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. Your interactions with advertisements are governed by the respective advertiser's terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials available through the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us for use of the Service, which, as a free service, is zero.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Omok Online and its operators, developers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Omok Online. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, these Terms will remain in effect with respect to provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
